We love the smooth texture of Pulau Tikus tau foo fah. It is sweetened with a simple syrup and is delicious eaten warm or cold. You can choose black or white sugar. We always asked for white sugar.
When served cold, it won’t be as smooth as it is when it’s warm. Try eat as fresh as possible. Oh, and the soy milk is also great for bringing on the go, whether sweetened or unsweetened
