Tiong Bahru Chwee Kueh, Singapore

Singapore [新加坡] • JANUARY 2015
Do you love breakfast? If you do, try to have Chwee Kueh made from rice flour . This simple cake is traditionally accompanied with 2 condiments, salty, oily delicious called chye poh ( Chinese radish) which actually refers on one of the main ingredients. You must eat while is hot.

The chilli is a must to  complements the chwee kueh. The texture here is soft and tasty.

So the moment you stepped down from Changi Airport you know where to go for breakfast or lunch.

The freshly made Chwee Kueh 10pcs- SGD3.30

Eaten with chilli on the side. It's served on a brown paper (very old school). I like it.
