Because of their shape-‑with no beginning and no end‑‑bagels symbolize the eternal cycle of life. In the old days, they were supposed to be a protection against demons and evil spirits, warding off the evil eye and bringing good luck.
Sometimes bagels can be referred to as doughnut, considered a much more traditional breakfast food than doughnuts ever will be. But while bagels only seem healthier because they are not deep-fried like doughnuts. Poppy seeds are also added as a flavorful ingredient in bagels.
I really enjoy fresh, homemade yogurt when it turns out right. Must try out the kiwi and fruit & walnut toppings.

You know a place is great when it is packed at 11am . This is one of my favorite places to eat in Ttown! It's great for any age and definite place to stop if you're ever around the corner. Great location ( car park hard to find ), clean, friendly service and the food is awesome. Wifi available just ask for the password.
