Chocolate truffle - Home made

My own homemade chocolate truffles. All I need is a bar of chocolate any brand, cream , butter and honey.

Heat cream and butter in a small saucepan - medium heat . Immediately pour the boiling cream and add in the chocolate and allow to boil for a couple of minutes. Use a rubber spatula to stir until smooth .(Add honey ) If necessary , add the liqueur . Cover and place in the refrigerator until it firms(This will take a few hours or overnight) . 

They can be refrigerated for a couple of several weeks or several months frozen . The truffle is best at room temperature .
